How to tell if you are a democracy mocker: i.e.: a consenting elector for a pretend candidate; a witness to a consenting elector for a pretend candidate; a solicitee of a fast-talking agent:

1. You signed as a consenting elector or witness on one or many pretend candidate nomination papers.
2. You don’t personally know (may have never even met) one or more of the pretend candidates you signed for.
3. You don’t intend to support, donate to, or vote for any of them.
4. You hope to hide your identity if the mockery is exposed too much.
5. You witnessed the signatures of consenting electors without using “due diligence to make sure that the signatures made in your presence are all by qualified electors who live in the electoral district” as required by the Elections Act.¹
6. You knew the fast-talking agent was a Marxist / Leninist ideologue²; and if you didn’t know till now, you still allow your signature or witness to stand without request to rescind.
7. You think Marxist-Leninist ideologues care about Canadian electoral reform.
8. You think that abusers of process can be trusted with revamping the process.

Yes, our electoral process is in dire need of revamping and greater security, BUT in the present culture of corruption, R.I.C.E.-capture,³ and gullibility of officials, ideologues, and many of the public, what makes the Szuch boys think they (or some private / public group) have the incorruptible answer which they seem never yet to have defined or outlined?

Szuch-a-Suggestion:

Considering an agent's reporting requirements, perhaps several hundred or more Canadians who have a little cash to spare could donate one loonie to each of the pretend candidates. Send a money order totaling the number of pretend candidates and direct the agent to deposit your loonie donation into the campaign bank account of each of his “independent” candidates. Enclose a copy of the Elections Canada final candidate list for Battle-River-Crowfoot* so Tom Szuch... does not miss any of his independents. Keep a photo or print record of your instructions and donation (for proof if needed). Problem is: no one seems to have published a mailing address for their agent to receive donations to their campaigns! If you can find one, go for it!

How to tell if you are a democracy mocker: i.e.: pretend candidate, soliciting agent:

1. You haven’t read: Becoming a Candidate: Manual for Candidates in a Federal Election¹
2. Your agent  hasn’t opened a campaign bank account for donations as required by Elections Canada.²
3. You have no campaign presence, plan, funds, or strategy.
4. You hide your identity as much as possible.³
5. Your solemn declaration is made without intent to perform as a candidate, to visit the riding, or to discover the concerns or issues of the riding electors.
6. You know your consenting electors have consented to dozens of other candidates and will not be voting for you.
7. Witnesses to the signatures of your consenting electors have not used “due diligence to make sure that the signatures made in their presence are all by qualified electors who live in the electoral district.”
8. Your agent is your controller / handler dictating where, when, or if you can speak publicly as a candidate.⁴
9. You knew your agent was a Marxist / Leninist ideologue⁵; and if you didn’t know till now, you still allow your signature to stand without request to rescind.
10. You don’t intend to submit financial reports⁶; and if you do, they will show minimal to zero candidate activity.
11. You think Marxist-Leninist ideologues care about Canadian electoral reform.

• What reports must be submitted after election day?
Within four months after election day, the candidate's official agent is required to submit the following to Elections Canada:

the auditor's report and invoice and the Checklist for Audits, if the campaign has accepted contributions totalling $10,000 or more or incurred campaign expenses—excluding transfers to affiliated political entities—totalling $10,000 or more, or if the candidate has received 10% or more of the valid votes in their electoral district.

First, a few questions for Tom:

You want a permanent non-partisan committee to handle elections, eh?¹ How non-partisan are you? How non-partisan your “protest” committee? As non-partisan as the five advance poll-workers who lugged flimsy, cardboard polling boxes to their cars and then drove off into the late afternoon traffic in different directions for ballot “safe-keeping”?² As safe as all those other advance poll, flimsy boxes scattered across Canada, taped shut on the edges and top while being kept “safe” until counting day? As secure as all those surplus ballots waiting somewhere between advance poll and April 28?

Do you really think, in the massive corruption and dishonesty that we have witnessed in the last 9 years — the corruption and dishonesty that plagues our world today — that your committee could find 100% non-partisan citizens who can be trusted to act non-partisanly (even when they are really partisan) to cover a Canadian election when so many people are invested in a certain outcome? 

Would you mind posting on your social media, how non-partisans vote?

And, yes, of course, you ran out of time and resources to spread your long-ballot protest to the other leaders’ ridings because you were too busy loading fake candidates in ONE riding³ — Poilievre’s Carleton — as agent for how many phony independents⁴? 86?

You really meant to load the Lib, NDP, and Green leader ballots, too, with pretend candidates, did you? Honest? Really? And honest! really! you think it doesn’t make a difference to have 4 or 5 on a ballot versus 91? Maybe you should read some studies about long ballots, complexity, accessibility, and voter overwhelm, etc.⁵ And maybe you should self-reflect on whether you are a duper / dupee in the R.I.C.E.⁶ ratpack of heads and tails.

How could we ever trust you to take charge of election matters when you have so egregiously abused the process? How could we ever trust people “hired” by you, like those 86 independents who consented to be fake candidates⁷ at your R.I.C.E.d instigation? Have you doxed them to their shame and risk by having their names blazoned on the internet for the world to witness their dishonesty and puppetry? Are those the kind of non-partisan folks you would hire for election oversight?

If you don’t live in the Carleton riding, could we class your “agency” as foreign interference? Do you have foreign affiliates who guided you? Frankly, your “reasons” for long ballot feels just like another case of classic gas-fogging⁷?

Now an URGENT  REQUEST for transparency and accountability to Elections Canada. Please publish on your website asap for each and every riding:

1. the # of voters on or added to the voters list who actually cast a ballot;
2. the number of ballots counted or spoiled in each riding;
3. the number of ballots printed for each riding;
4. the number of ballots remaining after polls closed;
5. begin the transparency with the ridings for Carney and Poilievre;
6. ascertain any and all discrepancies;
7. immediately and openly advise all Canadians of the results;
8. if there are discrepancies turn over all data asap to the police for investigation
