Pass-out Cards (like masks) are designed to help the “New Normal” Powers save time, energy, and expense in keeping people conformed and informed on a need-to-know basis. All anyone needs to know is now contained on this “New Normal” pass-out card, sized to fit wherever one keeps one's cell-mate cell-phone. Adhesive will soon be added to the pass-out cards so they can be adhered directly to the cell-mate and used for in-line (socially-distanced) memory material whenever the cell-mate experiences SICO1 disruptions.
